Fargo Moorhead Community Theatre invites applications for a full-time Finance Manager.

The Financial Manager is responsible for executing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and reporting to the Executive Director. Key duties include processing payroll, managing donations, monitoring bank balances, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Candidates should have, at minimum, an associate degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience, as well as a knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of the Quick Books Accounting software.

Starting salary DOE. Position includes evening and weekend hours.

Fargo Moorhead Community Theatre invites applications for a full-time Education Director.

The Education Director will lead and manage the theatre’s education programs, ensuring they align with FMCT’s mission to provide inclusive, creative opportunities for all. The role requires a BA in arts education or equivalent experience, strong administrative skills, and a passion for Theatre for Young Audiences. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, program assessment, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, resourcefulness, and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, are essential.

Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range of benefits includes medical, vacation, and sick paid time off.
